At Chesterfield Poultry, we have built a culture that strongly emphasises excellence in chicken production while upholding the highest ethical standards. We employ the services of an external consultancy (Croner) to enhance our Human Resources team with the most up to date policies and procedures to ensure our colleagues are supported and developed to their potential.
